At Celestial Enchantments, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for artisanal quality. Because our items are handmade to order or produced in small batches, our return policy is designed to balance the unique nature of our craft with your satisfaction.
1. The "Golden Rule" of Hygiene
For health and safety reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
This policy applies to all pierced jewellery, regardless of whether they have been worn. We maintain this standard to ensure that every customer receives a pristine, hygienic, and safe product. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain these high sanitary standards.
2. Standard Returns & Exchanges
For all other items we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original, unworn condition.

The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging (boxes, pouches, and care cards).

There must be no signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by improper handling.
Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
In addition to earrings, the following items are considered Final Sale:

Custom or Personalized Orders: Any piece specifically sized, engraved, or designed to your specifications.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional clearance or marked as "Final Sale."

Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift certificates.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we recognize that transit can occasionally be rough. If your jewellery arrives damaged or features a manufacturing defect:

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a full refund or a priority replacement at no extra cost to you.
Please note: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover natural wear and tear, tarnishing (which is a natural process for metals like Sterling Silver), or damage caused by misuse (e.g., snagging a delicate chain or exposing pearls to chemicals).
5. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
