Because our jewellery is handcrafted:

  • Natural Variations: You acknowledge that handmade items may have slight variations in colour, texture, and size. These are not flaws but characteristics of artisanal work.

  • Gemstones: Natural stones may vary in hue and internal inclusions from the photos displayed on screen.

  • Screen Display: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be 100% accurate.


3. Products & Pricing

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Import Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.

  • Processing Times: Please allow up to 1-3 working days for orders to be processed, this is separate from shipping transit time..

All content on this site, including jewellery designs, brand names, photography, and text, is the intellectual property of Celestial Enchantments You may not reproduce, duplicate, or "copycat" our designs for commercial sale.
