Shipping policy

Celestial Enchantments always aim to dispatch goods in 3-5 working days. If you need a speedier delivery please contact us directly at celestialenchantmentssupport@gmail.com and we can confirm if this is a possibility.

We use Royal Mail 48 for the majority of deliveries, shipping will be calculated at checkout. For orders over £50 delivery is free of charge.

While Royal Mail is very reliable, delays can occasionally happen due to seasonal peaks or industrial action.

• If your item hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at celestialenchantmentssupport@gmail.com so we can look into it for you.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
